Academic journey
Bridging Hardware and Software with Engineering
Degree in Engineering and Information Technology
University of Bologna, evaluation 101/110
I earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Technologies from the University of Bologna. Building on my strong background in electronics, I integrated my studies with additional courses in the field, further enhancing my technical expertise.
Two courses particularly stood out during my studies. The first was Embedded Systems Programming (IoT), where I worked extensively with Raspberry Pi and Arduino, exploring their applications in real-world scenarios. My passion for this subject led me to develop an experimental thesis project, designing a smart shower system for sports facilities, which combined embedded programming with IoT technologies.
The second was Computer Graphics, where I had the opportunity to experiment with OpenGL and Blender, producing 3D models and graphical simulations that deepened my understanding of rendering techniques and real-time graphics.
Expert diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications
Technical Institute of Rimini
I earned a technical diploma specializing in electronics and telecommunications, where I cultivated a strong passion for technical drawing and the design, assembly, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
During my studies, I took my first steps into programming by working with Assembly language to program PIC16F87 microcontrollers. My thesis project involved developing a servo-motor-controlled robotic arm, combining low-level programming with hardware integration.
